In this short video, you will find some information on how you can support your immune system with some specific nutrients.  There are no supplements nor drugs that can prevent us from getting infected with coronavirus, however, there are nutrients which are useful in supporting our immune system. A robust immune system gives us a better chance to fight the virus, minimise the symptoms and speed up recovery.

In the video I focus on Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin D.

If you are taking medications and/or are suffering from pre-existing health conditions, consult a qualified and registered nutritional therapist or your medical care team, or contact me directly to discuss your personal needs before taking any new supplements. A supplement plan is never meant for the long term and should be reviewed by a nutritional therapist or other nutritional professionals at regular intervals.

Be healthy, be safe, stay grateful,
