Discovery

You will learn about the major food allergens and toxic loading eating and lifestyle habits and how to eliminate them.  I will show you how to prepare for a successful metabolic reset. You will enjoy delicious, nutrient-dense foods with an easy, practical, made-for-you meal plan and plenty of recipes. This programme is built for busy women who cannot spend hours in the kitchen!

Practice

Putting the plan into practice is easy and fun. You will be focusing on metabolic health through food choices that support your body ability to switch from utilising sugar for energy to tapping into its reserve of fats. You will learn to support your detoxification with lifestyle habits and deeply relaxing rituals. You will use ingredients that help your liver, gallbladder and gut health by following scrumptious recipes or by using my done-for-you lists of ingredients.

Progress

You will learn how your liver plays a major role in hormonal balance and how to support it with specific foods and supplements. You will also learn how to identify your hidden food sensitivities and substitute them with healthier choices. This part will set you up for continuous progress in your future health goals.

DETOX FOR WEIGHT LOSS - SCHEDULE & DETAILS

PREPARATION

Once you join the programme, you will receive a welcome email. In this email, I will give you the details of the coaching calls and everything you need to know and do to prepare for the two-week detox.

As part of this prep time, I invite you to attend a group coaching call on Saturday, June 15th, at 9:00 a.m. This training, led by me, is designed to provide you with detailed instructions on how to successfully complete the two-week detox. By participating, you will gain valuable knowledge and feel motivated and supported in your journey towards achieving your goals.

During the coaching call, you will receive all the information you need to organize your meal plans, including what to expect and how to stay motivated and accountable.

Coaching calls:

Saturday, 15th of June at 9.00 am UK time

WEEK 1 - 17- 23 June 2024

In week 1, you will follow the meal plan prepared for you ( recipes and shopping lists are provided), or you can choose to prepare your own meals using the DIY lists of foods (also provided).

You will follow the daily ritual protocol, which enhances detoxification and supports your metabolic health. You will also use the liver-supporting supplement that has been suggested (this is optional but recommended).

Rest assured, I am here to support you every step of the way. If you have any questions or need assistance, I will be available to provide answers and help on a daily basis.

WEEK 2 - 23-30 June 2024

The structure and content are similar to week 1, but you will receive a new meal plan, recipe set, and shopping lists.

At the end of the week, you will be invited to record the results achieved in your journal so that you can share them, if you wish, during our final LIVE coaching session.

sThe final training session and wrap-up party will be on Sunday, June 30th, at 9:00 a.m. I will coach you on moving forward from this short programme to establish longer-term habits to consolidate the results. We will also celebrate and share our results and experiences.

The recording will be available on the private FB group if you cannot attend live.
