Nutrition & Lifestyle Clinics Days

Private, 30-minute consultations to offer personalised advice.

The employee has a chance to discuss any particular health challenges or goals he/she might have and formulate an essential strategy to start changes. During the consultation, a body composition analysis (weight, fat tissue and muscle tissue %, visceral fat, basic metabolic rate) is also available, for whom might be interested.

Functional testing and full health MOT can also be provided.

The body composition analysis is not available for online clinics days.

The Healthy Leader Program

One–to–one bespoke nutritional and lifestyle programs to improve focus, stamina, resilience and overall health. These programs are tailored to the specific challenges and health goals that a busy management and leadership role entails (enhanced focus, energy, clarity, stress resilience, busy travelling schedules, strong presence).

The programs include functional testing to uncover health and nutritional imbalances to be addressed.

ONLINE ONLY INITIATIVES

Healthy reset challenge

Four-week online programs to improve employees ’wellbeing through nutritional and lifestyle education. The programs are delivered on the company intranet, when available, or via a private Facebook group with weekly live meeting and support group sessions. A complete four-week food/recipes plan is also provided.

An enjoyable and inclusive way to learn about health and nutrition. Can easily be used for both small teams and larger numbers of employees. Suitable for teams’ challenges and can be proposed at different times of the year, i.e. Spring reset, Getting ready for summer, Back to work after the holidays, Ending the year strong.
